Our employees must be flexible and willing to assist with a variety of tasks as needed. Farm store team roles may include, but are not limited to, cash handling, greeting customers, basic food preparation, parking direction, and assisting guests in the field. Not all team members will be expected to perform every duty listed.

Providing consistent, courteous customer service with a friendly, positive attitude is essential. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, confident, self-directed, and works well both independently and as part of a team.

It is required to be at least 16 years of age and to have a Food Handler's License to work at Hoffman Farms Store.
