Farm To Table Dinners

Hoffman Farms Store is excited to bring you a fresh and memorable new experience—our very first farm-to-table dinner! Join us for an intimate evening featuring local chefs Logan Needy and Lori Darnell as they craft a five-course meal using the finest seasonal ingredients sourced right from our farm and community.

Logan I was born and raised on the Chesapeake Bay in Baltimore Maryland but have since traveled to over 30 countries and both coasts in the name of good food, community, and family. With almost two decades of culinary experience, I am excited to partner with the Hoffman family to provide a night of good food, drink and friends. 

Lori is Hoffman Farms Store wonderful new pastry chef. Lori graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in Baking and Patisserie and has over 10 years of experience working for Portland's best bakeries.  Her baking ethos follows a flavor-forward approach using seasonal ingredients and flavors that are imaginative and approachable.

Experience an evening on the farm with owners Kelly and Jay Hoffman and share the table with fellow guests who value good food, local flavor, and genuine connection. Enjoy handcrafted beer from Barn Door Brewing, local wines, and Seasonal Farm Fresh Mocktails made in house  as you soak in the peaceful charm of the farm. This is more than a meal—it's a celebration of local taste and togetherness.

Our inaugural Farm to Table Dinner will take place on Saturday, June 21st at 6:00 PM. We’ll begin the evening with a warm welcome featuring passed hors d’oeuvres and tastings from our curated selection of beverages, including craft beer, local wines, and non-alcoholic options.
