- EXPERIENCE THE GOOD LIFE -
We are proud to be Washington County's Premier U-Pick Destination Farm!
In season, our farm features strawberries, raspberries, tayberries, blackberries, blueberries, and marionberries.
Our farm is family-friendly, clean, and our rows are maintained for easy access.
We are just outside of Beaverton, Oregon, approximately 7 miles off of highway 217 and just beyond the Urban Growth Boundary. You will be surprised at how close it is to the hubbub of city life but how picturesque and rural our farm is. Take a break from it all and come spend the day on our family farm. We have ample picnic space and something for the whole family to enjoy!
Please note that our crops are dependent upon weather and other factors that are sometimes out of our control. If you need a specific quantity of a product, please give us a call prior to visiting our farm to ensure we are able to meet your needs.

please visit our Covid-19 Response Page.
The health and safety of our customers, employees, and produce has always been a top priority for our family, and this year is no different (although our global circumstances certainly are). With that being said, Due to Covid-19 and the current social distancing protocols put in place by the State of Oregon, we have been forced to rethink how we handle our U-Pick and operation in general.
Our family has implemented new systems to encourage social distancing as well as to eliminate touch surfaces on our farm. Here are a few of the changes we have put into place for this season:
We have eliminated the use of picking buckets. We will provide cardboard boxes of various sizes/price points for U-Pick.
U-Pick Berries will no longer be weighed at our scales; each box has a set price based on our calculations of how much picked fruit can fit in each.
Since they are very difficult to sanitize, we will not be providing wagons. Families are encouraged to bring their own wagon, cart, or stroller if they wish to use them.
If we reach capacity in our fields, we will implement a "one family out/one family in" system.
We have moved all of our cash registers, bakery case, and other products (candles, produce, kettle corn, etc.) outside and have marked out a 6ft distance for our customers while standing in line.
Our employees will all be wearing masks.
We have installed plexi-glass at our cash registers to further protect our customers and employees during their interactions at the register.
We will sanitize our scales, PIN pads, and countertops in between customers.
In order to help us keep our farm safe for all, here is what we are asking of our customers:
Customers are encouraged to wear masks while visiting our farm.
Customers are asked to wash their hands prior to entering our U-Pick Field and asked NOT TO EAT BERRIES while picking for sanitation reasons.
While on our farm, we ask that you be mindful of others' personal space and maintain a 6ft perimeter at all times - especially while picking in the field. Parents, please keep a close eye on your children.
We ask that our customers limit their time visiting our farm and do not linger beyond picking berries/purchasing produce.
We will continue to monitor the news as well as learn from experience as we enter this uncharted territory. These policies are subject to change without notice at any point in time, although we will do our best to keep you as informed as possible via this newsletter as well as our social media channels.
We sincerely appreciate your flexibility and support. We will get through this crazy time as long as we work together to keep each other safe. If you have any questions, concerns, or suggestions, please email us at email@example.com.

U-Pick in a Pandemic
For Food Safety reasons (and due to the current pandemic circumstances), we require that all fruit
harvested in our fields is picked into boxes that we supply.
Rather than picking into our buckets as we have done in previous years (we are unable to keep up with sanitizing them between customers), this year we have six sizes of boxes available for you to choose from based on the amount of fruit you would like to pick. When you are done picking in the field,
you will pay a (predetermined) flat rate for each size.
1 1/2 lbs
Please note that all container weights are an approximate maximum fill weight and may vary based on the fruit variety
WHAT CROPS WE GROW AND WHEN YOU CAN FIND THEM
Please remember that we are a farm - we are not magicians nor are we fortune tellers.
Our crops and seasons are largely dependent on weather and other factors.
We would love to avoid it, but sometimes we have crop failures or weather-related disasters that significantly impact our crop yields.
The seasonal availability listed below is approximate and can change at any time without notice.
Please be sure to follow us on our social media platforms and check our most recent updates on either Facebook or Instagram
for up-to-date crop conditions to ensure that you are prepared for your visit to our family farm!
For regular email correspondence from our family regarding when a crop is available for the season and other news from the farm, please consider signing up for our farm newsletter.
Thanks so much for your support!

WE ARE FAMILY FRIENDLY
Due to Covid-19, we are currently unable to invite guests to enjoy our picnic areas, play structure, sandbox, and Hoffman Farms Express Train. We are also unable to supply wagons for use on our farm (we are unable to sanitize between each customer) but invite you to bring your own wagon or stroller.
We will continue to monitor the protocol set forth by the State of Oregon for our county, and will adjust our policies accordingly as soon as we are able.
